If you always put limits on everything you do physically or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life.

There are no limits, there are only plateaus

And you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.

So Just A Thought –  Do I be true to who I am, Or Go Beyond The Plateaus

I am sure some of you have looked at the website and read the Blogs and Quotes that I put on each week. And these words have brought up thoughts and even inspired you at times.

But not getting so many likes or comments on my words can be so disheartening.

So, do I plod on and be true to my ethics and who I am?

Or do I put other work and comments that may bring in more clicks and likes but are not want I really want to say or put out into the community of Facebook readers.

Do you want more spiritual and guiding words, meditations, on CD’s or as downloads which I have held off doing until I built a base of regular and future readers of the blogs on the website. I even set up a page for names and addresses for the newsletter which is 16 pages of Reiki, Inspirational words, Meditations and Thoughts and even a recipe as a bonus. I would quite happily put the newsletter on CD’s for those who are visually impaired and spiritual, now I send it digitally or in the post to students and those that have signed up for it, though it is a lot of work it could be seen and open to so many more people.
