“Running water never grows stale…”

A Smile is Contagious

A Smile

I have been told for as long as I can remember

A smile costs nothing yet it can change or improve a person’s day and even their life.

In fact, the whole world through the ripples created with a Smile.

From the very young to the very old

A smile can bring joy and love to those that are receiving and giving that smile.

And as they say, you use lots more muscles smiling than a frown and it lights up your face and makes your eyes twinkle.

I hear the words there is nothing to smile about, but the fact you are still alive

And can make a change is something to smile about it’s your choice.

Last night I smiled so much watching something on FaceBook of babies and children laughing that deep uncontrollable laughing really made me smile.

To some a smile can make their day and no that someone sent them love and thoughts in that smile, it takes but a moment to maybe make a flow happiness.

Yet it cannot be bought, begged or stolen for it is something that is of no value to anyone until it is given away.

Some people are too tired to give you a smile so give them one of yours.

As none need a smile so much as he who has no more to give.

It is a well-known fact that if you smile whilst on the telephone, it changes the tone of your voice and those that are hearing it will instantly feel better and even smile.

Smile at the snowdrops or the birds twittering around, at the thoughts of Spring or a planned holiday yet to come. Our children, family and dear friends, animals, the sun or a rainbow, lovely music there are so many things to smile about. I have just been reminded Chocolate can come into making me and others smile.
